Jennifer is lucky to enjoy a career where she combines 2 things she is passionate about, helping people and golf!  She is most interested in growing golf by introducing the wonderful game to beginners and fostering the enjoyment of golf for all levels.  She started the LPGA-USGA girls golf club of Chicagoland, an exciting club for empowering girls through golf. [Currently the girls golf club is on hiatus due to the temporary closure of Oakton golf facility due to construction] She is a dual LPGA Professional( LPGA Instructor and LPGA Tour). She is a US Kids Golf Certified Coach and Positive Coaching Alliance Double Goal Coach Certified. She has over 30 years of experience in all facets of golf.  Jennifer has competed at every level of competitive golf,  including high school golf,  Div. I college golf,  and in over  100 tournaments on the LPGA Tour.  She has been teaching golf in the Chicago area for over 20 years, most recently having been an instructor at Oakton in Park Ridge. She was the Head Women’s  Golf Coach for Loyola University for 6+ years.  Before instructing she was traveling the world competing in 100+ LPGA tour events.  While on the LPGA Tour she competed in 4 US OPENS, 3 LPGA Championships, the British Open, the Australian Masters and numerous domestic events.  She shot 65 twice while on the LPGA Tour.  She achieved a few top ten finishes, with 5th place being her highest!  She loved being an elite player and the world class competition, but grew tired of the vagabond lifestyle of a touring professional.  She retired from active competition at the end of 2002.

Jennifer's teaching philosophy is to keep the swing and game of golf as uncomplicated as possible.  She focuses on solid setup fundamentals for all levels of players.  Jennifer believes in developing a sound and repeatable golf swing so players can enjoy the game and succeed.  She tailors each golf lesson to the specific student.   She gets particular enjoyment from the success her students achieve, such as a hole in one, or shooting the lowest scores they have ever shot, or seeing one of her junior golfers succeed on their team!  She enjoys teaching with computer analysis and video.   She places great emphasis on the importance of short game and getting onto the course to play to put into action what the student is learning.

Jennifer was introduced to teaching golf during her college golf days when she helped teach golf clinics and junior golf during summer golf jobs at various country clubs.  This was when she developed her passion for helping others learn, improve, and enjoy the game of golf.  Jennifer studied Business at the University of Missouri where she originally played Div I softball before walking onto the golf team and eventually becoming a full scholarship athlete.  Three years after working in San Diego as an assistant golf pro and playing mini-tour, Jennifer qualified as a fully exempt player on the LPGA Tour.  She eventually played in over 100 LPGA events.  She was ranked in the top 100 for several years.

Jennifer is married to Mark Hall and they have a teenage son and elementary age boy/girl twins.

During her LPGA career she was fortunate enough to play with and learn from the best women golfers in the world.  Jennifer has played with Annika Sorenstam, Lorena Ochoa, Se Ri Pak, Nancy Lopez, Betsy King, Maria Hjorth McBride and many more. She was fortunate to play in several outings with PGA tour players. She also worked with and learned from many well respected teaching pros such as John Elliott Jr PGA, Gordon Severson PGA, Dr. David Wright, and Stan Utley, just to name a few. She has also studied the teachings of Jim McLean, Martin Hall, David Leadbetter, among many other top golf instructors.  Upon retirement, she had the opportunity to begin her teaching career as a independent teaching pro at Knollwood Golf Club in 2004. Jennifer was the head women's golf coach for Loyola University from 2005-2011.  Jennifer's leadership helped raise Loyola's level of skill and recognition as a competitive and successful Div. I  team. The team enjoyed several victories and many of the players she recruited have become the best players in their conference and in the University's history.  Jennifer left Loyola in the fall of 2011 to pursue professional and personal goals.
